AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF GEORGE COUNTY, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE GEORGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SUBSTATION IN THE BENNDALE AREA OF GEORGE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of George County, from any available funds, may contribute a sum not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to the George County Sheriff's Department for the purpose of establishing a substation in the Benndale area of George County.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and shall be in force from and after its passage.
